At Anything But Bouquets, every floral cake is handcrafted using fresh flowers and made to order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
Orders canceled within 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund because materials and flowers have already been purchased and prepared.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns.
Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
If approved, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A partial or full refund
Refund decisions are made at the discretion of Anything But Bouquets.
Fresh Flower Disclaimer
Flowers are natural products. Variations in color, bloom size, and flower availability may occur. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value when necessary while maintaining the overall design and style of the arrangement.
Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and recipient information.
Anything But Bouquets is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
